Proof of registration (CAC certificate, CDA/town union registration, or letter of recognition from the local government)
A letter of support from the community leadership or relevant local authority
An itemised project budget in Nigerian naira, including any community or counterpart contributions
Evidence of land ownership or a right-of-use agreement for the project site, where applicable
Recent photographs of the proposed site and contact details for two community references
