Paul Ncharam is a Canadian-based engineer, philanthropist, and community advocate dedicated to advancing education, empowering vulnerable populations, and creating opportunities for sustainable social development. As the Founder and President of the Paul Ncharam Foundation, he is driven by a lifelong commitment to service, compassion, and the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential — regardless of their background or circumstances.

With over a decade of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, and utility operations, Paul has built a career centered on solving complex challenges, improving systems, and delivering meaningful outcomes that benefit communities. His leadership philosophy combines technical excellence with a deep passion for humanitarian service, enabling him to bridge innovation, social impact, and public good.

Paul holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is pursuing graduate studies in Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence — reflecting his commitment to leveraging emerging technologies to address societal challenges.
