Donation Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st August 2026
The Paul Ncharam Foundation greatly appreciates the generosity of our donors. Every contribution helps us support educational, humanitarian, and community development initiatives.
General Policy
Donations made to the Foundation are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.
Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate donations
- Accidental donation amounts
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Technical payment processing errors
Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the donation date.
How to Request a Refund
Please provide:
- Donor’s name
- Email address
- Date of donation
- Donation amount
- Reason for the refund request
- Payment confirmation or transaction reference

Refund Decisions
Each request will be reviewed individually. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet this policy or where donated funds have already been substantially committed to charitable programs, unless required by applicable law.
